With over a decade of experience spanning filmmaking, broadcast media, theatre, and education, Kali Veach is dedicated to telling truthful stories and ensuring that storytelling tools empower diverse communities.

Veach holds an MFA from UC Riverside, where she was a Chancellor's Distinguished Fellow in Screenwriting. Her multifaceted career includes narrative film production, serving as a screener for festivals including Austin Film Festival, and producing hundreds of hours of community television.

As an educator, she teaches filmmaking, broadcast television, and documentary production. Her directing work has screened at film festivals in the US and abroad. Currently, she is at various stages of production on several projects, including the micro-budget feature film Rhapsody, which she shot during her final year of graduate school, and a documentary exploring the historical silent film production company Balboa Films (1910-1918).
